This PR includes:

❇️ Enhanced support for CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.5.0. Now any benchmark items with automation capability can be detected with newer prebundle workflow manifests.
❇️ Enhanced support for CIS Google Cloud Platform Foundations Benchmark. Now any benchmark items with automation capability can be detected with newer prebundle workflow manifests.
