Microphone data not available in DoTransferSimple

The microphone data not available in DoTransferSimple (ftProInterface2013SocketCom.cpp).
It works fine in the DoTransferCompressed (ftProInterface2013SocketCom.cpp).

However for both Transfer modes the response struct are not up to date:

struct ftIF2013Response_ExchangeDataCmpr : public ftIF2013Response_BaseEx

I hope that this could be corrected soon.
