AnVIL Template

Based on Open-source Tools for Training Resources (OTTR)

The purpose of this template and is to make publishing maintenance for AnVIL content across multiple different platforms less painful.

This template helps you:

• Edit and write an AnVIL course in RMarkdown files and have it published to multiple different platforms:
  • Leanpub
  • Bookdown
  • Coursera
• Have Github action robots do your repetitive tasks like spell check and re-rendering.
• Use automagic conversion to ease the lift of prepping the material for different platforms' formats.
• Use our Docker image for consistency across authors as well as to help you avoid dependency hell.

To Get Started

• Go to ottrproject.org.
• Please take a look at the code of conduct.
• If you encounter any problems or have improvement ideas for this template repository, please file an issue! Issues for the parent repository (the OTTR template repository) are also very much appreciated and can be submitted here.
