Major Improvements

Fixed App Freezing Issue

In v1.0, users experienced app freezes when performing searches using the device camera. This significant usability concern has been addressed in v1.1.

  • Root Cause: The freezing was caused by the asynchronous prediction mode being set as the default, which could overwhelm the app's resources during camera-based searches.

  • Solution: Synchronous prediction has been implemented as the new default mode. This ensures a more stable experience for all users out of the box.

New Feature: Turbo Mode

A new "Turbo Mode" has been introduced as an optional feature for users who want to leverage the power of asynchronous prediction.
Important Note: While faster, Turbo Mode is still in beta and may cause momentary freezes. It's recommended for more powerful devices or specific use cases where speed is crucial.
