Thanks @voutcn , looks good. I had the bioc remote in the DESCRIPTION, previously, but devtools then requires subversion to be installed. Merged. |

I've tried Pavian on both my Macbook and a Linux server. I had to install Rsamtools in R in both cases. See if this PR makes sense to you.
