This PR updates/fixes the CI tests configuration to test the gem against different Ruby versions.
The
3.0in the matrix was actually read as3which installed Ruby 3.2.2 instead of Ruby 3.0. This PR fixes that by using"3.0"instead and adds an explicit3.2element.(I made the PR on top of the one fixing rubocop to not have rubocop offenses, I can change this if needed)
