- 기본정보 호출 메서드 비동기로 변경
- Jackson을 통한 xml 파싱 - 비동기 로직으로 변경하기 전 커밋
- BasicInfoDto 관련 통합은 차후 진행할 예정 - 직렬화 문제로 Point를 WKT형식으로 변경 후 직렬화
