Albert doesn't have objections, so you may pull. I think it would be good now. The latest improvements I included actually improved the inverter still a bit, as far as I can tell. I have tested as much as I could, but it will not be the production version yet anyhow, so why don't you simply pull? concerning the |

this pull request includes QPX optimisations for the Hopping Matrix with and without halfspinor. It also contains the openMP parallelisation neede for machines like the BG/Q.
