this pull request includes QPX optimisations for the Hopping Matrix with and without halfspinor. It also contains the openMP parallelisation neede for machines like the BG/Q.

I would like to pull this in now so we can pull in the fix as well. Any objections Albert? @deuzeman

Albert doesn't have objections, so you may pull. I think it would be good now. The latest improvements I included actually improved the inverter still a bit, as far as I can tell. I have tested as much as I could, but it will not be the production version yet anyhow, so why don't you simply pull?

concerning the static thing: I agree with you, we have to carefully check whether we might need to re-introduce static at some points. But most of the files I touched will not make a difference, I think.
