This release contains the submodule files directly in the archive instead of references to other repositories. Submodule honeycomb is at 4a9fc8, which is master at this release's time.

Patch v1.0.1: made ba.m more legible

This patch is merely a change of folder structure of the repository. No functionality has changed, except for the addition of a single line of text when running ba1999demo.m.

Bland-Altman Analysis v1.0.0

This is the first public release of Bland-Altman Analysis for MATLAB.

This version support the regular limits of agreement analysis by Bland and Altman, which they published in 1983 and republished in 1986 and 1999.

In 1999 and 2007, they published additional notes, improvements and variations of their original method. These methods have not been implemented in the current release, but will be in the future.
