finish Twitter removal and streamline database functions

Release makes minor changes to remove Twitter-related functions and also ensures the site_text table will be created for scraped text.

remove Twitter search

This release removes the Twitter searching capabilities as changes to that API make free searches impossible.

Minor changes to the use of Postgresql (adds localhost and port information as defaults - future releases will include these as options).

Initial release

Should work widely, but more documentation and generalization to be done.
