ITER CODAC use of containers

Starting to use full-stack "fat image" containers to provide developer environments.
Looking to use the same or similar container images as runners in the CI infrastructure.
Definitely watching IOC deployment in K8s, but currently no plans to go that way.
Also investigating monitoring processes deployed inside containers and managed by K8S
