I had a look at this today and i also can't figure out how to get the entropy-runtime crate to compile with the runtime-benchmarks feature.

Not sure if it has something to do with substrate-wasm-builder going from 18 to 24. Its hard to see what that crate is doing behind the scenes in the runtime build script.
