[auth] improve packaging and db path

Description

• update db path
• fix [auth] [linux] Ente kept deleting my contents from ~/temp directory #2563 [auth] [linux] ente data in user home - infinite loading if ~/ente file exists #2564
• update binary name
• flutter_distributor resize icon in deb version to 128x128 and 256x256 instead of directly copying pasting
• flutter_distributor Use version in desktop file without "+"

I noticed auth/linux/packaging/rpm/make_config.yaml does not contain:

package_name: enteauth

Is it not supported or just missing? :)
