Created a simple PR that switches to Rhino 6. Please DO NOT merge this PR

@clicketyclackety This appears to now include Rhino 6, upon trying to install from package manage, it shows the plugin, all revs are not compatible. (up to v2.0.0)
I've tried to install a few other suggested ways- "GrasshopperDeveloperSettings" and adding the dir. I don't see any .gha file whatso ever in the pr. Am I missing something?

I tried to download the zipped pr and unzip the entire contents in the gh component folder, rhino/gh doesn't see it there.
I tried to open a sample file to trigger the "plugin not found, download?" dialog- still no luck on the install. Please let me know a more detailed manner to install the rhino6 compatible plugin. Thanks !

I should mention food4rhino does not allow me to download anything since the only version hosted is a mismatch of my (rhino6) software.

I'm not sure how to build the gha, and I can't download it from any source directly. Can you guide me on how to compile into a gha?

FYI: I did a bit of playing around trying to get Rhino 6 compatibility as a couple of months ago I only had access to Rhino 6.
I had to make all of the changes in this commit to get it working: samgregson@0bfcefd
