Overview

The repository (Rajeg et al. 2024) contains the retro-digitised¹ Enggano-German Dictionary (Kähler 1987) in tabular format for three file types: .rds, .tsv, and .csv; they are available in this sub-directory. The column names of the data are explained here. In addition, this repository also shares the R codes and associated materials to process the raw output of the digitisation process. My work in this sub-task was substantially supported by the core members of the digitisation team:

The work on the manual checking of the Indonesian translation from the English translation is available here. Some of the words in the dictionary are included in the Shiny app of the EnoLEX database (Krauße et al. 2024; Rajeg, Krauße & Pramartha 2024; Rajeg et al. 2025).
