As the
yarn startscript utilizesrun-pto runbuild:devanddevin parallel,alma-web'sdevscript appears to execute before thealma-webglpackage has built.This PR declares script dependency (via
nx.json), to ensure that thedevscript isn't executed beforebuildscript has finished.Fixes #65
