The API docs toolchain is in the process of being rewritten. So I'll merge this to a different branch so that anyone who wants this capability can use this until the newer version is shipped. @efx @Gaurav0 please reach out to me on discord or here via issues before making further PRs here or on API docs until we publish more info on the changes that are in progress |

This is a branch I'm now using in which I am able to generate local docs.
