Questionnaire Report AV ČR Fork

This is a fork of the default DSW template, created for Library of the Czech Academy of sciences. It is generally following the same phylosophy as the default template, but it simplifies the overall output.

** It currently works for HTML, PDF, Word and JSON outputs. Markdown and LaTeX are not supported at the moment.**

This generic default template for Data Stewardship Wizard (DSW) directly transforms answers from a questionnaire into a document while maintaining the structure. It is not tied to any knowledge model and is included by default in every DSW instance.
