+ replace src-docs usage
- sadly the first two tooltip mixins are still being used, but we can localize the Sass variables there to prevent them from being exported
- heights and the type map is still being used in Kibana

…ins (#193472) ## Summary As part of our ongoing transition towards CSS-in-JS, EUI is cleaning up and removing several publicly exported Sass mixins and variables with very low usage (0-1 usages across Kibana and Cloud) (full list in elastic/eui#8031). This PR identifies and replaces one of them (`@euiFormControlWithIcon`) with their functional padding output equivalents (still using generic EUI Sass variables - there are no plans to immediately deprecate those). $euiTooltipBorderColor at least is used more than once, so I'm tempted to just leave it as-is. I'll shortly be looking into removing Kibana's usage of this mixin altogether at which point I'll just delete this file entirely.

Summary
The goal of this PR is to reduce potential further usage of our Sass exports and further our Emotion meta (#3912).
I searched through Kibana, Cloud, and Elastic Charts for non-generic Sass mixins/variables with zero to one usages that we could delete from our exports. These are generally all component-specific removals (vs generic EUI color/size variables, which we will likely need to swap out with CSS variables and include a lengthy deprecation period for).
Remaining component Sass vars/mixins to remove
The below are Sass component vars/mixins that have not yet been removed as they are currently in use in Kibana. I plan on investigating and removing uses separately before deprecating them.
