[solutions] Bulk copy security docs from raw-migrated-files/security-docs/security to solutions/security

Bulk copies security docs from raw-migrated-files/security-docs/security (i.e. stateful docs) to solutions/security. This PR was created using an automated process that:

• Checks for pages in solutions/security/ that list a file in raw-migrated-files/security-docs/security/ as a source file.
• Finds that source file in raw-migrated-files/security-docs/security/ and copies it up to the related file in solutions/security/. During this step it also:
  • Keeps the code comments with context from the IA inventory, but checks off the file with the content we just copied over.
  • Updates local links (links within docs-content).
  • Updates image paths as needed.
• Deletes the now unnecessary raw-migrated-files/security-docs/security/ files and removes references to them from the raw-migrated-files/toc.yml.
