Would it be possible to copy the .service and .timer files to /etc/systemd/system/certbox-renew-{{inventory_hostname}}.service? That way, it would be a lot easier to use this role twice on the same machine (but with different hostnames). The names of the file would be more descriptive then anyway. Opinions @lkiesow?

I would second this, but add that systemd has a feature for this: Instances. Random link: https://www.stevenrombauts.be/2019/01/run-multiple-instances-of-the-same-systemd-unit/

Certbot keep track of all managed certificates and the renewal of them. Running certbot certificates will show you all managed certificates. PR #6 will fix that issue.
