Welcome to the cellsegm wiki. CellSegm is a software tool for automated segmentation of surface stained cells, which are imaged with fluorescent microscopy. The program can analyze cells in 2D or 3D. Everything is written in Matlab. The scripting functionality enables the user to process a large number of images automatically, which makes it tailored for high-throughput analysis. The software is open-source, and users are encouraged to support the further development of CellSegm with more flexibility, usability and additionally higher performance.
