Files to make an R/C servo from a big DC motor like a wiper motor

The new file i added is IBT_2_Servocontroller.ino
-High/Lowpass filter added
-Deadband range added
-Cropped Analog readout for a P3022-V1-CW360
-Intended to use with a IBT_2 / Bts7960 43amp H-Bridge
-Finetuned for a 250w 75rpm wheelchair dc motor
-Moved Pin and Config to top of the code
