ADM homework 3 repository for group #21

We used some libraries and every module has been documented. In paricular we used for the 4th question a library : Folium, the output of the map has been upoloaded as an image in the reposistory.

During the homework we estract a lot of folders that have been placed in the reposistory, you can find the folders that contain the csv files and the dictionaries.
