It now uses tests/conanfile_deployment.py and it also doesn't fail
quite as hard when a package such as cloe-plugin-vtd is not available.
In addition, we sort the dependencies alphabetically.

Fixed. And added links to documentation.

To be clear: there can always be more documentation, and this is also true here.
