Occurs each Monday morning at 10AM in Mike Daniels' office. Will start promptly so as to respect the time of the team members. Will be a stand-up meeting to ensure that it is kept brief and to the point. The current CHORDS issues queue will be displayed on Mike's computer.
- What did I do last week that helped the Development Team meet its goals?
- What will I this week to help the Development Team meet its goals?
- Do I see any impediment that prevents me or the Development Team from meeting project goals?
Items that can not be covered during the week will be moved to the "sandbox" for further exploration. These items will also be created as issues that can be tracked.
