eXist-6.2.1-exsol

This is a pre-release of a eXist-db 6.2.1 that addresses a critical regression introduced in 6.2.0 (see eXist-db#5273).

Since the last version was released over a year ago it also includes all library updates that are compatible as well as bugfixes published since.
