Simplified storage of entries in collection: all resources are now stored within one collection: The atom feed document is now called "feed.atom" instead of ".feed.atom". Entries and HTML content documents used to be stored in a nested collection ".feed.entry". They are now saved to the main collection as well.
Basic access control on collections and articles: private, world readable, readable/writable for registered users
Use HTML5 article and section elements to add structure to generated HTML
Fixed macro and code block display
Added server side validation for wiki IDs, which have to be unique across the wiki.
