@0xBoxer per slack thread, creating a billing and payment page to help answer some questions

I tried to add in what I see commonly asked on Zendesk

this feels to small and insignificant to be its own page, can we slot this into resources?

Actually why are we doing this in docs instead of on the pricing page itself?

We already have this giant FAQ page there, is that not working well for some reason?

Stellar people taught us to not duplicate if not strictly necessary, this feels more like wild growth instead of really needed - might point to a problem with the pricing page that we would need this

I had part of the page under resources before but I feel like payment and billing stuff is its own concept and unit

with Zendesk support I again and again have to explain to people the difference between user and team account and also have to explain the whole upgrade billing situation a lot so thought to add to docs so we can have an easy reference.

Ah good point on pricing FAQ. I see other products having both pricing page itself and some sort of support page separate from that.

but yeah sounds like this could also be a pricing page redesign thing

I don't really know who the decision maker here should be. I feel like while we wait for pricing page redesign let's push this up -- as we work thru pricing page then we rethink on this page

Well if that's the case, let's make this fully-fledged and also import all the FAQs from the pricing page.

I like this formatting in the teams page for FAQs:

https://github.com/duneanalytics/docs/blob/payment-page/docs/app/teams.md#faq

should be able to pull in the source from the app and just transpile with chatgpt/ copilot
