Small corrections and changes ensuring the ImageID information is added as an OME Annotation to overcome squashing by SCIFIO. This information is used to properly track the position index for different images in a single collection with Micromanager.

This release contains modified Micromanager format and translator classes that contain bug fixes and are adapted to parse plane specific field, allow for swapping of dimensions and improve translation to OME format.
