@jeffwidman thanks, I just synced with upstream, and now only the Git versions on Windows get upgraded. |

Upgrade Git to latest version in Windows Dockerfiles. The motivation behind this PR is that we (Grafana Labs) are troubleshooting some differences between Git in CI and on local machines, and want to rule out old Git versions being behind this.
I've tested building all of the images.
