Isn't there possibility to go higher that 2.2? I found that current version is 5, that could be significantly more stable for next decade than 2.2.

@jimmeak ofc, but one by one—as you can see, every major upgrade is at risk of needing a change

help on getting through the backward incompabilities in the release notes is of course always welcome :)
