StreamsToM3U8 started life as a personal fork to victorlish's excellent YouTubeLinkGrabber and has since been expanded to suit my purposes more after the original project's archival. Even amongst many of the other similar projects, StreamsToM3U8 offers a simple way to watch livestreams via any IPTV app that supports a playlist file, complete with multi-site support and a companion XMLTV file.
