This PR provides a thin wrapper around the Anthropic client. While Anthropic does not provide structured generation, it is widely used in combination with models that do provide structured generation in agent workflows. The cost to adding it is minimal since the wrapper is really thin, and convenience for the user outweighs the maintenance costs imo.
