We currently have the 8.0 manifest schema doc uploaded to https://json.schemastore.org/aspire-8.0.json.

We made changes in 9.0, see #6333.

We should add the new version to the schema store.

this depends on #6596

we may choose to number it 9.0, or 9.1. Probably 9.1
