Customer Code error Fix on Big Sur

Honestly I don't see anything of new with this PR... Let me explain better this concept: it's not a news that if you got your Apple ID/SMBIOS serial number "banned" from iMessage/Facetime services, you have to call Apple Customer Service support and give them your e-mail address and the Service Code automatically generated by Facetime/iMessage.

Also, I think that you'll probably have to rename the images files and fix the grammar, but that's not a big deal :)

Non vorrei parlare neanche inglese con te ma forse non ti è chiara una cosa importante... la guida è aggiornata a catalina e non sai probabilmente che c'è un server whitelist dietro a tutto questo inoltre vedo ancora gente con questo problema e hanno risolto dopo mesi al problema semplicemente con la mia guida perchè non ne vedo su altri forum aggiornati a big sur
