feat: add Simplified Chinese Translation

@domferr hey, this it a really good extension! Thanks for your work!

I'm trying to add Simplified Chinese translation. I have tested it on my Ubuntu 24.04 LTS laptop, so it should work well on gnome 45. As you can see it's not 100% completed, because there's something i haven't figure out:

• "Activation area to trigger quarter tiling (% of the screen)"
  I have try change it from 0% to 50% but i can't see any difference.

• "Tiling System deactivation key"
  Same problem here. I set it to Alt, and i hold Alt while dragging windows, but nothing special happen.

• Tiling System deactivation key
  When you move a window, if you have the activation key set to (none) the tiling system is always shown. You can set the deactivation key as a key to press to close the tiling system when moving a window

• Activation area to trigger quarter tiling (% of the screen)
