Capture UUID as a separate type #25

Why?

Currently we capture UUIDs as Text. They're not quite text, so let's newtype them!

How?

  • Possibly, the correct way to submit such newtype is Uptight, so we can do it immediately.
  • Replace all the UUIDs from Text to UUID in lieu of how it was done in cognivore/fix-wrong-types branch.
