Workers Sites uses a binding of type
text_blobto store an asset manifest JSON blob for mapping requests to assets in the site's KV store. In order for cloudworker to support Workers Sites, it needs to allow specifying arbitrarytext_blobbindings like this.This PR allows specifying the value of
text_blobvariable bindings on the command line, either as explicit values or by providing a file from which the value will be read.
