ltc_scrypt v1.0.1

This is the first release after intake into the Dogecoin GitHub organization.

Changes:

• Complied with PEP-0353 requirements to stay compatible with Python 3.10+
• Resolved compiler warnings from a missing header include
• Removed unused variables
• Clarified the license, contribution guidelines and readme file

At this time we are releasing this source-only, but we may in the future decide to release pre-built binaries and/or publish that.
