Group 1

1.1. As a waterboard administrator I would like to edit ten attributes on nodes in the form of water points, reservoirs or pumping stations so that I can keep this data up to date.

1.2. As a waterboard administrator I would like to add attribute data and group into the questionnaire so that I can update the data. * Questionnaire should be displayed as a collapsable interface.

1.3. As a waterboard administrator I would like to see the timestamp for a data update so that I can track when the update was made and by whom. * I want to see the evolution over time of selected attributes * attributes: yield, static_water_level * I would like to see how many times the record has been changed and by whom

1.4. As a waterboard administrator I would like to view and generate a grid like report with one attribute per line. * For a user defined polygon area on the map (optional) * Export to XLSX * Users should be able to edit information of a selected grid row (location)

1.5. As a waterboard administrator I would like to view a dashboard with ten metrics through pie charts and line graphs. * group selector: All or per Tabya (Tabya is a geographical region) * number of beneficiaries (number) * number of functional/non functional features (pie chart) * number of features split by scheme type (pie chart/bar chart) * number of fenced/non-fenced features (pie chart) * groups of yield thresholds 0-1, 1-3, 3-5, 5-7, 7-100 (pie chart/bar chart)

Group 2

2.1. As a waterboard administrator I would like to edit ten attributes on line and surface features so that I can keep this data up to date. * I can define and edit the area that is covered by the network. * I would like to add points, line, polygon data.

2.2. As a waterboard administrator I would like to consume raster data from standardised web mapping services like Mapbox, Bing, ICRC sample population grid ect.

2.3. Enable users to show/hide raster data as background layers. ICRC to present 3 satellite image files to be embedded in the system.

2.4. As a waterboard administrator I would like to use Snap-to-point to improve accuracy and user experience.

2.5. As a waterboard administrator I would like to export all data(point, line, polygon) to shape files so that I can send the data to colleagues in Geneva.

2.6. As a waterboard administrator I would like to export data from ArcGIS so that I can import it into the waterpoint application. * The application will support the import of GEO database and shape files

2.7. As a waterboard administrator I would like to restrict user edit rights by geographical area (Geofence).

Group 3

3.1. As a waterboard administrator I would like to download the waterboard application so that I can install it on my local server as a virtualbox appliance.

3.2. As a waterboard administrator I would like to perform simple topo checks inside application. * Explore options that can be made available to users. (Two lines that are crossing share a point)

3.3. As a waterboard administrator I would like to check in and check out XML data so that I can easily manage the data. * We need to ensure that exports are importable by other systems. * I would like to make use of this data in a mobile application

3.4. I would like to share the data in the application through a REST endpoint
