Refactored the `clientWebSwitchButton` to be a `MenuButton` that provides download options for different platforms like Desktop, Apple Store, and Google Play. Added corresponding CSS styles to improve visual presentation and maintain consistency.

This PR refactors the previous "Install Locally" button functionality. Previously, clicking the button would only redirect users to the desktop download page. Now, we've updated it to a MenuButton that displays a dropdown with multiple options.
