Ideally this is handled through a Nuxt Layer, but it's looking like we'll have to do some more refactoring magic to make that work as seamlessly as hoped.

For now, lets launch the /docs as a reverse proxy to a separate Netlify site as per this guide and plan on shipping it as a layer once we sunset the docs.directus.io subdomain altogether 🚀
