Remove the C++ stamp filtering since it is no longer used and not robust to small errors in the trajectory. This code filters stamps based on looking like a Gaussian centered in the stamp image. Since we are shutting this off in all runs and adding later ML filtering, we can remove this code to reduce complexity.
