Mainly ported to .NET 8 and using new semantics. No new functionality

Purely to bring it up to a supported version of .NET Core. No further functionality changed,.

1.1 - Multiple Output release

Slight change to behaviour - always generates a flaw report, optionally generates the SCA report as well

1.0 - Portable Release

Written in .NET Core 2.x
Outputting CSV files containing Flaw information or SCA information from a Veracode Detailed XML report (see README.MD)

Dipsy.VeracodeReport.Converter.-.1.0.zip assumes you have the .NET Core 2.x framework installed already

Dipsy.VeracodeReport.Converter.-.1.0.Standalone.Win10-x64.zip contains the .NET Core 2.x runtime (hence the size). It's a traditional windows exe.

Opening to the wide world. This has been tested on files of many sizes but not all configurations may have been covered.
