#Project: Create a program to log and manage bioinformatic pipelines.
uploaded log_files.sh and program_checklist.py
log_files.sh reads input files and creates a log.txt in the output directory (currently using .txt file type as proxy)
program_checklist.py displays a checklist of available programs to the run the sample on
named program "pipeline_manager"
