dhimmel/stargeo v1.0: differentially expressed genes for 48 diseases from STARGEO

This repository performs a differential expression meta-analysis on GEO datasets. Using the STARGEO platform, differentially expressed genes are computed for diseases in our drug repurposing hetnet.
