Maintainer Guidelines
The following guidelines are meant to help maintainers with decisions and processes.
New pull requests should follow the contribution guidelines. Maintainers decide on what contributions are within scope of this list (contributions should be justified in their pull request). For small additions and edits, the approval of one maintainer is enough to merge a pull request. Larger contributions (such as changing the layout, adding new sections, etc.) require the approval of at least two maintainers. If the maintainers can't come to an agreement, they should reach out to the DHTech steering committee.
Maintainers should aim to make an initial response within one week. This does not mean that a pull request has to be merged or rejected within a week, but a contributor should receive a response even if it is just "I will look at this next week." If all contributors are unavailable for more than a week, they should inform the DHTech steering committee, so that the committee can fill in.
Maintainers volunteer their time for the maintenance of this list and are free to step down at any time. DHTech just asks to inform the steering committee in that case. We are grateful for any support provided! Thank you!
