Reworks the driver concept. Now, drivers are separate processes, and all devices of a certain driver are managed by that driver. This also means that the
biologicdriver will have to be re-worked to conform.Two tests are really flaky, and have been marked as
xfail, which will have to be debugged elsewhere.
