This changes the CFLAGS passed in when building on Linux to include -U_FORTIFY_SOURCE instead of -D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2, as this means we're now compatible with an earlier version of glibc - supporting a broader range of Linux setups. See the details in #20 for more context.

Also, due to the project being renamed, that these files are also named differently now.
